HMS Nelson, Modelcard, 1:200

Hi,

here is my HMS Nelson by Modelcard. I built around 1996. Although a "simple" model compared to the standards today it gives a nice impression of the ship.
Barrels are bought, crane and railings self photo etched.

Regards

Hans Gerd

She looks great Hans, somewhere in your post you mentioned "simple?", looks every bit as detailed as a modern kit!

How did you do the photo etch? With the set up available from Micro Mark or another source? Looks great.

Hi whulsey,

I own a photo-etch plant and did the parts by myself.

I like your model and I welcome your effort to make your own photo etch set.
Good job!
