For the Fuso, I know there's not much more to add. A small superstructure block sits on the large white box just forward of centre on the deck, and there's also a funnel. Not sure about a mast, tho. I haven't downloaded the Iowa so I'm not sure.

I didn't realize there wasn't a deck marking plan. This link for the Texas should help give you a basic idea where things go. If not, the link is a good starting point for other images.
