Thanks Wilfried, I'll contact you when I get to do the dio. First I heve to finish the lifeboat I'm doing. I've gathered quite a lot material for the dio (including your freebies and couple of your commercials aswell) including free buildings, photos for my own to come creations etc. The question is how I'm able to blend all that into one consistent presentation them being different in colour tone, design style etc.
I haven't photographed that much during my walks but now that you mentioned it I'll take my camera along next time I'll go to one of the harbours. And post some pics here. :-) |

Harbour Scenes of the 60ies
Hello Gentlemen,
let me continue the main theme of this thread; yesterday I did photos of our new forthcoming cardmodel the freighter ISERLOHN/MARBURG. The tugs, bunkerboat from our little publishing company; the buildings from my own or modified commercial subjects. Dive into a harbour scene in Europe in the 60ies ... lovely regards the Wilfried |

Beautiful work Wilfried! Delicate work on these, I do enjoy the tugs, as well as the effect with the "water" surface, looks perfect

Hello Wilfried,
I can't say enough good things about this. The details are so fine. The water is so realistic. And . . . you take marvelous photos! Regards, Mike |

I thank you a lot for your nice comments; the acceptance and the clicks on this theme are motivation enough to go on for more realistic models - I stay for it ...
with lovely regards the Wilfried |
