No, not realy, just minor thinghies, I'll keep on dryfitting a lot before I glue something down, I did the upper fuselage in parts from the cockpit down, and I had to correct it a bit by trimming the formers, but that way worked fine, Red River paper is kind of tricky, but it sure does looks good on the B 17

Fellow modelers,
I would like to announce that our colorful builder Boats
will be joining Kevin and Billy in this build thread. I asked
both if they would welcome Boats and they thought it was
a good idea. This triple build will result in less time between
progress reports and be more entertaining. Boats will be
building the same color scheme as Kevin but at 1:33rd
scale. The model being built by these three highly capable
builders should be entertaining....Ron

Yee Haa! A model building Ménage à trois. I'm not sure I have ever seen this on a forum!

(the phrase literally translates as "household of three". ) So don't get yourselves in a wad!

Gotta love the barley wine~

I feel a joke coming on:

Q:"How many paper modellers does it take to build a B-17?"

A: "(your punchline here)"

Excellent work all around gentlemen! I hesitate to mention it, but Ron has indicated he's mailing me a printed set of this B-17G as well (1/40th scale. Thanks Ron!). That new printer of his is getting a thorough shake down. No expectation of me building it in the near future, so I will be living vicariously through all of your fine efforts here.

Mike

I offered to build one in 1:72, with full interior as well, but Ron declined at the time. Offer still stands though, this looks like a great build!
