Issues with Download section

Sure Rick, here are the pages I was trying to download from, but I had a good look through the aviation section and the majority of pages are the same:

I input the url manually, adding the id numbers. All but one
came up for me. The garuda md11. The url redirects to the new
page for the file.

interesting, i just checked all 6 of the files, and they downloaded fine for me.

can you try one thing for me, do not click on the button, but on the blue highlighted link, sometimes the button code burps and messes up, but the link should allow you for a clean download.

we have gotten other reports from members who click on the download button instead of the link, and get harfed(technical term) files.

And, no one has mentioned that with only 3 posts, it is amazing he was able to download anything.

Until you have 10 posts, the downloads are very unlikely to work at all. A little patience, and access will flow much better

actually before you register there are limits, and usually after you register, some of those restrictions are lifted, but yes, after posting 10 times, you will have full access to the forum

Ah, the 10 post thing. Would that be causing the pictures to not appear, though? ("No Image" where there would normally be a thumbnail?

I get the same result either way Mind you, I only get the blue links on the MD11 page, the others don't have a button (presumably because they only have one file) and the file link is greyed out.

The thumbnail issue is something from that crash and upgrade, we have been in contact with the designers of the software, but I haven't asked around what the solution might be.

just in case, have you cleared your browser cache?
it might help, lets hope.

beyond that I am at a loss why you are seeing grayed out links

I can answer the last bit I went off and responded to a few messages to get to 10 posts. I then reloaded the pages, and lo! links appeared and I was able to download

Even after reloads and clearing the cache, the forum still insists the MD11 files are missing though :(

Whenever someone is having issues with downloads, the first thing I check is post count (because that is the most common issue).

Now that you have 10 posts, you can post links, can you post a link to the MD11 download page?
