Issues with Download section

Just wanted to let everyone know that there are a few issues with our download area software. It seems if you try to download a single file it just takes you to a blank page. Since the "Download all files" button still seems to be working I will leave the section open while the company we purchased the software work on the issue. I will post again once the issue is fixed.

As a Database administrator I know what you mean. As a program, all I can say is HEY...I resemble that remark.

Download Issues

Hi, Jason,

I use "Download all files", when I need to download new files and it has worked perfectly on every occasion.

Well it took a little longer then I would have liked, but the issues should now be fixed. So you no longer have to download the whole file, and just pick what parts or pages you want again. Please give it a try and let me know if you encounter any issues.

Hmm, engage in thread necromancy, or start a new one ...?

I am having an issue with the downloads - it appears that most of the models I wanted to download won't, although one did. The difference is, the ones which won't are not showing the preview images, whereas the one which worked fine did. If I click on an individual file (eg the Garuda MD11) I get "The file is missing from the server."

Chris,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will look into what has happened, and report back.

it sounds like your download issue might have something to do with a previous upgrade/crash we had early in 2017, and the files you are interested in, might be affected.

If you can send me a list of the files you tried, then I can use that to troubleshoot any issues
