Signature Guidelines

We've decided to institute specific guide lines for signatures.

Signature Guidelines:
  • The maximum font size allowed in signature lines is 2.
  • The maximum number of lines in a signature is 4.
  • Images are not allowed in signatures except for a maximum of 2 smilies.
  • Signature text should comply with our regular posting rules. No all-caps, no alternating caps, etc..
  • Signature text that is too long or obtrusive will be removed. This would include overly creative use of punctuation, color, etc. which make the signature too flashy.
  • Links to other Communities or websites are not allowed with the exception of sites you own.
  • Websites containing adult material or advertisements and/or links to websites containing adult material are not allowed.
If your signature is in violation of any of these new rules, your signature will be removed without prior notice. If you have any questions as to whether something is acceptable, please PM a moderator.

I get it. That simple little text link to Project Gutenberg I have in my signature is in violation of your rules so the signature will be removed without prior notice.
Very neighborly of you.

Doug,

Don't worry about it, it hasn't been removed since you joined, so you are good

Rick, no worries here. I was operating under the guidelines that if you ain't bitchin' about something, you ain't happy. I'm one happy old fart lately.

I second the above, if my models are being sold on ecardmodels.com, am I allowed to link to "my" page? TIA.
