Sopwith restarted

Ok, we lost some post but we have back papermodelers.com again, and this is what matters. I am working in ITC market about forty years and I konw that similar things usually happen, but, may be really because I worked for so many years with computers that i'm feeling so frustrated. :o

Btw, I looked for what I need for start again my original thread. Ok, I saved some text, sone image, some screen capture, so I think it's possible to share my path again.

Let me only some time to organize my data.

Best, Nando

Wow, hope everything has been worked out and works like a well oiled machine.

Thank Zeus this site is back, I started getting withdrawal symptoms. I have re-started my thread on the Saturn V, MLP and LUT.

no apologies necessary, Jason; we appreciate all your hard work (you too, Rick). It's good to have the forum back.

Just my $0.02

Having spent some time in IT support, I can sympathize with the frustrations felt by users and administrators alike. Hard Drive crashes are particularly nasty because Murphy's Law of IT says, "anything you do, including nothing, can cause a system to fail." What is baffling to me is that there are some users giving our fine hosts a lot of static over this outage.

Let's keep things in perspective, folks. This forum isn't a paid service, and I believe most of the administrators/moderators are volunteers. If you're really that upset about the outage, I'm sure *that other site* would be glad to have you. Otherwise, sit back, relax, get out some 110lb stock, and start cutting and folding a nice 'thank you' to the team that helps to support this creative passion we share.

'Nuff said.

So, what happened to the site yesterday?

Just curious...had a bit of withdrawal, to be honest...

Cheers!
