Our host was nice enough to wipe out our zone files, which just means that when you type in our URL, the switches do not where to direct you. What should have taken a couple hours took up to 12 hours depending on which site due to their incompatible. Yeah, I am a little upset.

Take a look at Web Hosting - TotalChoice Hosting if this would be good alternative. I'm with them for almost 6 years now and if there were any issues they were dealt with almost immediately after trouble ticket was submitted.
