One more example:
making slots between groups, thickening groups, renaming and placing onto XY plane.

Small update on the work on version 1.1:
- The individual tools will run with a predefined setting (eg point on curves with 100 mm), the value can be changed with the TAB key.
- Autounfold - SHIFT key will be used to develop the selected items to the plane of the last element, and not to the XY plane video Screencast by SketchupPP from Screenr.com - YouTube
- Slot Maker - currently i'm rewriting code, because in some cases it detects incorect intersection, or not detecting at all, also a problem when in one of the groups we have an opening.

Version 1.1 is planned for further testing for mid-March.
Regards
Matt

Thanks, Matt

Hello, and thanks Matt I was hoping for something like this in Sketchup, now if we could only improve sketchup's scaling tool where you can scale more than one object to the same size at the same time, improve making decals, or stampers as theye are called, and the push/pull tool where you can push, pull multiple faces to the desired height, and width, at the same time

Yes, I know they have scripts out there but most of them are limited to what they claim to do

Hope you can make a difference

Cheers, mate!

I don't know if it is a summer time change, but I don't get in 100% what You mean.
Do You want select multiple things and apply the same scale to them ??
Or dou you want to select eg. rectangles 5x5, 10x5 and 12x6 and then scale 10x5 to half size so it becomes 5x2.5 and the others would also change size to 5x2.5 ?
I usualy use Fredoscale for scaling. Is it not enough ?
The same goes for the push/pull tool , what do You mean by pulling faces to desired height and width at the same time??
Could You maybe post a simple screen of with what you begin , and what you want to achieve??
Or maybe use Screenr.com and show it as a movie?
For pulling multiple faces I use Jointpushpull.

About scripts, ussually these are made to cover many typical options, but more specific you get, the harder it is to find a good script.

Any ideas Hou to improve making decals ??

Appreciate any input on useful tools that could be made .

Matt
