JohnGay: I'm not going to publish the sources at the moment, but I certainly plan to do so. However I think the program was working on the first raspberry year or two back, so it's a good chance that it still works and I could prepare a binary release. I have only the first version though, yours is the newer multicore version, isn't it?

Mike: thank you as well, glad to hear that someone likes my work.

Yes, I have the rPi2B. If you are willing to cross-compile that's fine with me. As far as I know, the rPi and rPi2 are binary compatible.

Question

Wow, this utility is very cool!

I'm making a free & open source alternative to Pepakura Designer. It's running fine on Windows and Linux (maybe even on Mac, it uses Qt framework for GUI). I'll attach a few screenshots of it in post.

Project is still WIP and I believe that what it needs to take off is the support for PDO format.

imcold, is there any chance I can take a look on sources of PDO Tools or at least have specs of Pepakura's formats? Thank you in advance!

Cool project. Beware of saving to PDO, it has some... disadvantages. I'll send you a PM.

@SeriousAlexej : It would be great if you could add SketchUp *.skp support.

I have a version for MacOS Sierra 10.12 to test - anyone wants to try? I'm not sure if it works on older Macs - if anyone has it, please let me know. There's no pdf export yet, but the svg export works fine.

Hi imCold,

Awesome tool, I love it! I just read thru the thread and was wondering if there is a way to have an svg file per page for multi page pdo files? Thanks again for the very useful tool!

Not at the moment. Do you want to edit each page separately?
