I came across this special in my regular Tiger Direct mailings.
(For PC parts and other Electronic items, I don't think you can do any better than TigerDirect.

If you need to upgrade that package with a PDF creator try PDFCreator
+ Free office suites - libre office open office

IIRC the old versions of those packages were being given away by the author company when they went thru a takeover kinda deal. New company farmed out the 'old labels' to clear house.
A lot of free versions are still up for free download serif.com freedownloads/

At these prices the software packages are well worth a punt, but as mentioned elsewhere ... these are older versions of the software that Serif often gave out free in order to tempt you to buy the latest version ( and they visited your inbox daily until you did.) They may not work well with Win7 or Win8 operating systems.

And for the benefit of sandhyaochre (and Dave) SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization ... although in what context it applies here in this thread I don't know.
