Ultimate Papercraft 3D v2.01 Released
Ultimate Papercraft 3D v2.01 has been released!
What's new for v2.0.1: Native support for exporting to PDF format has been added. Ultimate Papercraft 3D now has two new ways to export to Adobe PDF format: as bitmap or as vector lines. Exporting PDF as a bitmap: Click File -> Export -> Bitmap -> Save... -> Adobe PDF Files (*.pdf) Exporting PDF as vector lines: Click File -> Save as... -> Adobe PDF Files (*.pdf) A free upgrade to v2.x is available for all registered users. |

Interesting. I see that the software should export in a format that works with Silhouette Studio. Have you tested that extensively? Seems that many exports don't work well because they don't follow the 'standard'.

Yes, it's been tested. DXF format exported from UPC works well with Silhouette Studio. |

Sure, the forum has link posting restrictions, but just search Google for papercraft3d, and you should see it at the top page.

Good to hear that the software works well with Studio. Other software, depending on the package, doesn't follow the standards for things like DXF and some other formats, and things just don't translate properly. Shapes, corners, etc can be messed up.
Now I need to go look seriously at the package.

Demo download doesn't seem to work, I just get an error page - Javascript enabled, recent Firefox, no download manager. Why no direct link?
