The download button doesn't work for me either and I'm using a Linux OS and Firefox v. 51.0.1. I just get a new, blank tab but no download. Clicking on the file name does work, though--brings up my normal download manager box asking me whether to save or open the file. So... it may not be a Windows issue.

PS I get the same results with Opera and Chrome browsers: an http: 500 error. Same response in 3 different browsers on two different OSs--really looks like a server issue to me.

That's why I mentioned security software may be interfering

I'm on a new iMac using Safari. I was able to download using the separate files(in blue),
but not the download all files line, of course this uses more of the allotted files for the day.
Using the "download all files" just shows a blank page

Just tried clicking on the file it self, and it worked for me. I just can't click the "down load all" button.

All,

I appreciate the input and advice. I logged in today and used the "click on the file" method and had no trouble. Then I tried downloading a trailer file using the "download all files" and got the errors again. I went back and selected just the trailer file and once again, had no trouble. I can live with the single file download; it's a small price to pay for an excellent model.

Thanks, again, All!

John

I guess I am too used to MediaFire, etc., because I always shy away from 'Download All'. 'Download All' on most sites usually means you are downloading all the key-rap that you don't want anyway

As RJM said above the Download All button does not work. You must use the single file links (in blue) to download files.

Like Kugelfang, I use Linux (Google Chrome and Firefox) and since at least one month ago have experienced download issues similar to those you mentioned (spurious message, countdown resetting after reaching zero, and so on). For me it's not a matter of operating system or browser, neither cache or reboot, since sometimes just trying again a few minutes later did the trick (I didn't even close the browser). On the other hand, once or twice I only succeeded one or two days later.
In other words, blame neither yourself nor your system. It's probably the host server.
