Mediafire.com

50Gb storage free with basic free account.
No bandwidth limits.
No 3rd party linking limits.
Direct file downloads.
Not too complicated to use as a photo storage and linking site.
(Its wasn't meant for that, but its easy enough to use)
There are actually a number of cool features.
Its super!

Revell Fan, no I have not asked facebook about this, as there is, as far as I know, no way to contact facebook directly. I tried to do so about a double page for our windmill. But there was no way. Thanks Airdave for the Mediafire link, I might switch to that medium for 3rd party linking then.

Jerry

There is a warning implicit in incidents like this, namely if it's free and there is a lot of small print that generally says you lose your rights to your content once you post it, then there is the obvious likelihood at some stage you'll say bye bye to the content.

Cleaning up excessive data, changes in commercial approach and many other factors lead to data being purged - and that is one of the reasons for the small print that removes your data rights. Without this, purging etc. could not occur. And, paradoxically people would not get free services!!!!

Sort of digital Catch 22!

That's in a Finnish chain store.

I was in Finland and it once reached -34C and this was regarded as cold but no big deal. I was given Winter Boots rated to -50C.

I found -30 to be unbearable, and I think most people did. The cut-off in bearabilty seemed to be around -20C.

Is it too dificult to attach files to posts, or are the files too big?

If too big, there are online tools to shrink image size without effecting image quality.
Like this one for example:

https://tinypng.com/

Excellent tool for making images load faster and reduce file size. You upload your image, it does it's magic, then you download the change.

Hello Fizbi,

No the images aren't to big, or to difficult to add.
They were allready up and posted, but started disappearing for some unknown reason.
