papercraftplaza database

So I made a website called www.papercraftplaza.com

It's a large scale papercraft database with an easy to use UI.
You can search by category, browse in a gallery or search by searchbar.

I've also made it so that every user can upload his own papercrafts.
So if you have a collection you want to have hosted. Feel free to register and upload it!

Question,

Have you gotten permission from those designers/publishers, whose files are on your site?

Rick

There are only files that were available for free on the website. We credit every designer as much as we can and reach out to the designers if we can upload it.

And with the new option to upload we hope that more designers join us to host their designs on.

Surely the original designers would thank a link to their websites where many of those kits are currently active and available, instead of you taking all the traffic for hosting the files.

Did you get permission from Yamaha and Canon to host their files too?

Did you get permission from UHU to host the files he no longer wish to have distributed in his own page?

Your heart is in the right place, but you need to only host files of folks who specifically give you permission to host them

You also need to get permission first...not after you copy and share models.

Did you get permission to host Dave Graffam's models?
Can you confirm that you spoke to Dave and got his permission to share his models?
Crediting a designer by mentioning their name is not the same as actually getting permission.
