Metasequoia editing problems...

Hi all!
I re-post here a post previously uploaded to a wrong (maybe) section.
For some reasons (???), in Metasequoia I am not longer able to move, scale, and rotate objects for less than 1 unit ( I mean, for example, rotate for 0.7degrees, or move for 0.64), writing the amount of change directly in the Move, or Scale, or Rotate window.
Time ago, previous versions of Metasequoia allowed this, if I remember well...
Days ago, I wrote to Osamu Mizuno. Hope to see an answer...

Can anybody help me?
