Thanks, Red

I will have to do a complete build thread on one of these spaceship models. These are simple when you compare them to, say, the Saturn V or the Gemini/Titan models offered by the members here, but the simpler models that go fairly quickly can probably give you the confidence early on.

I also have an X-15 that I haven't built yet.

I have a couple of plastics that I am going to get into this winter, an Apollo 11 lunar lander and a generic Apollo CSM, both from Revell. I'd like to see Revell/Monogram or whoever they are reissue the 1/24 Gemini capsule.

But the paper models are seductive - I downloaded a bunch of the free ones scattered around the site since I have joined.

Like you michael, I was a plastic modeler first, and the temptation of a nice plastic model is hard to resist. I have two that I want to do sometime. That's the problem with paper models though. I have a "short" list of 10 models that I want to build, and paper models can sometimes take much longer than plastic to build.

I have three of the Delta 7 CD's they sell on their site, and each CD has at least 20 models on it. I also have a bunch of single models I have downloaded free or paid for off of the internet.

I will never get all of these built!

I guess I'll just have a bunch of concurrent builds going on all the time. I don't know if it's ADD or it it's just like being a little kid in a candy store.
