Pellerin d' Epinal Watertower

Lovely 19th Century series, lovely colours. Found this watertower somewhere on the internet, 4 large pages. Quality OK for a downsized print, but instructions turn out to be indispensible, and illegible.
Very long shot: is there a collector out there who has a copy of this?
