This reminds me of the custom in the Royal Navy in the pre-WWI period of keeping a Bible on the signal bridge and using Biblical citations for signals, such as Jeremiah 6:1 for "enemy in sight."

Yeah Glen, I certainly didn't want to come off as I was complaining about my son.
I'm now going through a relocation of my modelling space, from the dining room table (which was temporary anyway) to a desk where I won't have to move things. Gotta clear off the accumulated clutter first, so now I'm 'homeless' for a modelling workspace. I'm actually jonesing to get back to cutting and gluing so it won't be long.
