Little button

This whole Zealot thing made me appreciate this place even more,
Yesterday I visited the place where the train-guys are hiding; Big Blue • Index page
At the bottom of their homepage is a little button that says "donate"
Jason, Rick, did you ever thought about installing such a button here? I would be more than happy to donate to keep this place going, or just buy you guys a beer.....
I'll bet I'm not the only one..

Ditto! Of course that would mean buying one or two fewer models a month...that might throw my acquisition/assembly statistics off.

Of course, if we buy them a beer instead of drinking it ourselves, it might help some with parts alignment when glueing them together. This hasn't been a big problem for me, I just naturally misalign them without any outside help. Hey, maybe a little beer would help dampen the part of my brain that makes me misalign stuff. I guess a little experimentation is in order.

Come on guys, let us help out! I used to belong to a forum that had a Paypal donation link on the front page. When you clicked it you were shown a Paypal screen that was pre-filled out for a $1 donation. You could then choose how many you wanted to buy, then click pay. Very easy and flexible for the payer - now sure how easy to set up for the "payee". I know some people don't like to use Paypal, so for them you could take a check?

I would love a donation link and asked about something like this before. If I remember right, the thread subject was changed to squirrels or something very quickly

www.modelshipworld.com just put a paypal button up too.

Count me in. You guys (across all forums) gave me a hobby that I really enjoy and would like to help out anyway I can. Made some friends, had a few fights, but enjoyed the last 5 years, worth a ''few'' dollers, pounds or euros. Bit hard to send beer through the phone lines though!
