12 pictures per thread

So if a build thread were to require more than 12 pics to describe its construction, would it then be considered an "Article" and be moved there?
Can you post more than 12 pics in an Article?

I have seen many build thread post considerably more than 12 pics in the thread.
Maybe you meant 12 pics per post?

i think it is per post

i would also tend to believe that a dozen pictures in a whole build thread would be a bit minimalist.

Now if it is a Hako or some other one pager, then yeah, 12 pictures per thread would be toooo much

It is setup to allow up to 12 images per post, so if you need more, just let me know and I can increase it or create multiple post. If you let me know we can merge the posts, which gold give a nice flow. I also have another feature I am currently looking at for construction threads, and will post more once I figure out if it will work.

Really, can you send me the sub-forum you were trying to post in, and I will have another look at the settings.

I was posting in the "Spaceships and other space related models" section under the "Model Builds" category.

12 per post would be great, especially for wierdos like me who like to do step-by-step build photos.

If you do step by step I think you have to host outside the site. I dont think you can do inline photos through attachments ( I could be wrong through - I havent explored completely) I am sure someone will let me know if I am wrong

Give it a try now if you could. I have also increased the number you can upload at the same time from 1 to 3. This is new ground for me, so while it should work, if you run into any problems, please let me know. Just wondering, but what format are the files?

I'll have to test it out tomorrow, but the files were in .jpg format. Thanks, Jason!
