Hi Whulsey,

From what I have seen around the site, it is supposed to be the bees' knees according to several. I have been looking around trying to find it as well, so far no luck here in Vegas. I did manage to locate Aleene's Tacky Glue at Michaels Art Store here in town and like it pretty well.

That's the stuff. I can only find it in tubes around here. WalMart carries it.

Thanks for the confirm, GB. They had the plastic glue in the tube, but this only in the bottle so wasn't sure if it was the right stuff. Hadn't checked *Mart since due to philosophical differences try to avoid the place.

The bottle is for hard items like metal or plastic and the tube is for paper and card. I buy the tube at Ace Hardware I think the pictures on the package show hard things.

As KGL says, Ace Hardware is now my supplier. I used to like the bottle but now use the tube with a nozzle jammed onto it (Testors nozzle, available hobby and craft stores).

It works best if both surfaces have a little on them. Try to to let it be visible - like overlap onto the surface - because it dries shiny and can be obvious. The shine can be taken off by painting over with clear matte if needed.

If you go to Ace buy Devcon Weldit All Purpose Adhesive. It is clear glue also but it is more sticky and holds much faster than Duco. I bought Duco also, but it is thin and sticks slower.
