No, no I did not.

Did this (as I have already explained).
He doesn't get it...he doesn't understand... he doesn't want to...he didn't ask properly at the store...I don't know...I don't care.
Because he is so new at this, he needs to start somewhere...and for that he needs "go this specific store, and buy this specific item"

There are differences in similar packaged papers and cards between manufacturers.
I have found "cardstock from one manufacturer as "coverstock" from another.
I have found one manufacturer producing 176gsm card and another producing 180gsm.
When i go to Staples, I can't buy 160gsm or 180 gsm card...I can only get 176gsm.
Thats the metric difference I am referring to.

IF...he could search the internet himself and find the item he wants,
don't you think he would have done this already?

Kevin, how many times can I explain to you, that I have given him this info and he is lost.
How many times must I explain that he is asking for a specific and explicit directive.
For what ever reason, I don't know.
I don't care.
Why can't it just be "I need a store to send him to and a specific item to purchase"?
Hopefully something comparable to the "smooth white 65lb 176gsm cardstock" that I use.
Please stop directing me to tell him something that hasn't worked?!
How can I be more clear?

I just wanted one UK modeler to say "I bought this card stock (name/type/weight) from this store (name/location)...its what I use"
Can you not see my frustration?

Anyway...I already got this answer, so THANKS AGAIN everyone!
I'm going to put out an eye and stomp on a baby bird now.
