I wonder if Elmer's glue would stick to it?

no, I think I would use this to clearcoat the model after assembly.

I'm going to Home Depot tomorrow, to see if we have it here yet.
The video says its being launched in the US.

According to this it is available now ...

Rust-Oleum Stops Rust 18 oz. NeverWet Multi-Purpose Spray Kit-274232 at The Home Depot

Ask them if it's available for export Dave. Being in aerosol cans, I doubt they'd mail it across the pond to UK, but I'm definitely interested. I can think of a few hundred uses for it here. Have I ever mentioned that we get a lot of rain in Wales?

Johnny.

They're advertising it at just under $20, post free, but I'm quite prepared to go up to $30 if you can get it through.

Mind you, I'd also be quite keen to become the UK import agent for the stuff, after testing it out first of course.

Johnny.

If these guys to get Samsung or Apple to do this to their phones, with exclusive rights for however many years, they would see a lot of folks buying their new water-repellent phones. Unbelievable. Over the holiday weekend, I think I might get this and a new litterbox for the cat. Could make the litter less of a chore.
