Mod Podge

Hi

Have read the tips and tricks section extensively and the glue issue is amazing for a beginner. I was wondering what the forum thinks or if it has been used, Mod Podge. I was in the craft store and one of the paper people who does decoupage told me this would be the glue to use for paper models. Opinions, suggestions? Thanks in advance and to all of you that have put out great ideas in this section, thank you.

mod podge is good for coating the sheets or model when finished, not gluing up the model.

You can search for the various glue threads on here, and you will get a pretty good sampling of glues used by all of us

and frankly, Mod Podge isn't on those lists.

I use it to glue up puzzles, a little goes a long way

That is what I need to know. I have lived on the glue sites for weeks reviewing and getting a grasp on what to use. Thanks for the direction.

Aileen's or plain old Elmer's glue will work fine.

Thankyou rickstef
As a beginner, the wealth of knowledge that is held here and by those that have been doing it is amazing. I can appreciate the nature of some of the repetitive questions (I instruct professional students in the hospital), but I do appreciate everyone's answers.
Thanks for the link, back to the reading...
