Make wheel - problem

Hello everyone.
Well, I need your help, because I have a problem. I'm looking to do the STRV tank. The 3D model I got with a friend who extracted the tank from the game World of Tanks. Maybe I will do more if this tanks project works.
My problem is in the wheel at this moment. I can not make the wheel properly.
I know the game model is in low poly, but I managed using the pepakura to transfer the file to autocad and redrawing. But my problem is in the measures.
I could not find the measures correctly to make the pieces fit.
Like the picture below. The outer strip has a value of 107.76 mm, and the main wheel has 33 mm. But this is the problem, because with calculations the correct size of the strip is 103.67mm, but with this measure the strip is short and does not involve the wheel that has 33mm of diameter. So where am I going wrong and take advantage and ask. And how do I calculate correctly, because the inner strip also gets larger than the inner diameter.
The strange one that I printed in different printers and the error persisted and the file I saved in pdf, to avoid of desconfiguration.
Is there a program for a wheel design?

One more question. I read that the STRV wheel was built compared to that of the Centurion tank. So I admit that if I could afford to buy this GPM tank. It would be easier, I think.

Hmm Questions:

Are you taking paper thickness into account?

Is the strip supposed to be glued just inside the 33 mm circumference?

Or is the strip supposed to be glued outside the circumference?

That can make a difference of a couple of millimeters when extending the strip to close correctly.

There is only about 1mm difference (in length) to attach a tread strip
outside or inside the circumference of this wheel disc.

But there is no reason to do this (or calculate this difference) unless you are layering more strips.
The initial tread strip should match the circumference of the disc.

A 33mm disc requires a 103.7mm tread strip.
Thats it, simple.
Not sure where you got 107mm.

I explained this calculation in another thread.
And there is no need for special programs.

Multiply the diameter of the disc (in this case: 33mm)
by 3.1416
to get the circumference (distance around the disc)
33 x 3.1416 = 103.67

If you need to wrap another layer on the outside,
or make your strip wrap twice...
then measure you paper/card and double the thickness.
Add this amount to the base diameter
and then multiply by 3.1416.
This gives you the increased length of the next strip.

For each wrapping layer, you need to add card thickness X 2 for each layer (to the diameter).

..............
Are you aware that all the World of Tanks vehicles are already available as paper models?
World of Paper Tanks publishes them.
Using improved 3D models with in-game textures and skins.

Rubenandres77l, now that you've said it, I think the strip should be glued inside the circumference. And as I'm sticking out, that's why it's making this difference. As you said, I forgot to count the thickness of the paper. This probably caused the length difference in the strip that caused the problem at the time of gluing.

Airdave, I used this equation to know the size of the strips, but as I said I do not know what happened to the measure of 103 mm, stay short. But I think that's how I mounted it, I pasted the strip on the outside of the circle, but I believe it's to be glued inside. I'll try again later, and hope to get it right this time.

Hi Juniorbrazil, if it makes it any easier for you, there are two kits of this very machine on the World of Tanks site. They are in 1/50th scale but are easily resized to other scales.

All the best and happy modelling
