Only $3.38 at Walmart.
I have the extra strength sticks but have not used them yet. I'm waiting for the regular glue stick from Elmer's to empty. By the way, the regular Elmer's glue stick is excellent, works very well with paper, also wipes off cleanly from places where it does not belong. I use it to laminate smaller parts where using spray adhesive is impractical. It takes a while to completely dry. I usually leave it overnight to make sure it is dried. Paul

I have been using an Elmer's Craft Bond Extra Strength glue stick, which I'm sure I bought at Walmart. I think the one I have is the same thing that you posted the link to, however it is a lot larger at .88 oz. I like a glue stick with a larger face like this one has, and am pleased with the results (nothing has fallen apart that I know of).

Shawn,
That is the result I got from a search on the Walmart site and yes it is for a 4 pack. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Elmer-s-E...21-oz/36060323 Amazon is great for things you cannot get locally but they can be pricey. Someone is for sure paying for the free shipping or they would be out of business quickly. It always pays to smart shop and compare prices and shipping, which is usually a big rip off. Paul

I picked up a 3 pack at Walmart for about $3 last night, so not bad. I know what you mean about Amazon being expensive and I'm even a Prime member. Amazon Prime is great if you can find a good price. I found several kits on Amazon, but found them for considerably cheaper on eBay even with the "free shipping" I get from Prime. |
