Testers wood and metal glue for paper models?

has any one used testers wood and metal glue for paper models? When PVA is not advised. (large areas) have some butapren coming in the mail. But, from what I understand, it is a contact cement . And, think contact is tricky to use. Getting everything aligned. Thanks

The MSDS sheet shows a lot of nasty solvents plus oil of mustard.
Use in a well ventilated area.
