Rotate or Not
Hi all,
I have a question about upscaling a few of Bruno's 1:300 kits to 1:100 or larger if possible. I am good on the scale math(we have written about it enough), but this leads into the layout of the kit, do you rotate the image, as Bruno has the kit laid out horizontally, into vertical, and then apply the scaling? I am just trying to wrap my mind around the workflow of it Rick

Rick - it shouldn't matter.
After you have rescaled it you can rotate it if you want for the print. I usually rescale and then rotate, but that's just me!

Rotating the image might make a difference if the designer specifically aligned some of the parts along the grain of the paper. Some parts might be more easily rolled if their long axis matches the bendy axis of the paper.
