I ask an advice about this cutter, because I think to buy it and do the mod described here.

In the producer site there are 3 variants: the white one (the one saw in this thread), a black and a transparent one. I was thinking to buy the transparent one, because I believe it could be easier to see the underlying template, but I would like to know something about the robustness and durability; have anyone used it? And is it possible to do the mod without break the structure?

Here is a much better one, IMHO. I bought one, and haven't regretted it yet.

I saw that thread and actually it seems to be better, but it is also more expensive...

I will think about that.
