Does anyone know of a large rollerball mouse (2" plus ball) my hand is quitting on me using a normal mouse. I need it to have a wheel as well as 2 buttons I cannot find one on the net. Any help would be appreciated.

try this website:

Trackballs & Joysticks - Disabled Online

here is a site with some military grade equipment, including 2" & 3" balls, may be a bit on the expensive side though.

http://www.daco.co.uk/html/custom_built_controllers.htm

will keep looking for other locations, we'll find you something.

There are a number of largish (2 1/4 at least) trackballs from Clearly Superior Technologies Some 3 button and/or having the capacity to add extra switches and pointing controls.
Try here for UK source

Thanks for help prices make you take a deep breath though. I think I shall have to persevere with an wacom tablet and a mouse when necessary for while.

My mum uses this one and finds it good and comfortable barry. Cordless TrackMan® Wheel. I bought it for her two years ago when she was asking for one that would not be so hard on her hand she loves it

That logitech trackman mouse is very comfortable, I have tried it
(or one very very similar!).
I really like Logitech stuff and always look for their stuff first when considering new items for the PC.

Its a different ergonomic shape, that at first feels odd compared to a regular mouse shape
...but I was amazed at how comfy it was.
and for the price, its probably worth trying.

Thanks Max and Dave and all. I can afford that what makes me wonder always is that $26 in the US translates to £31 in the Uk. No wonder the rest of the world calls us the golden island
