Here is the SD VF-1D Valkyrie GERWALK with the missing 3rd page. This little model is from the anime Super Dimensional Fortress Macross, the first part of the Robotech series here in the US. GERWALK is an acronym for ground Effective Reinforcement With A Locomotive Knee-joint. This mode is half way between Battroid(robot) and Fighter(jet).
