This is the template I created to make my prop alignment jig while building the Orlik PBJ kit. It's for a three bladed prop, and there's three sizes to cover most scales. The concentric circles help to locate any jigs that might be needed uniformly about the axis. I just printed and glued this to 1/4" foam core, and built up pieces of card to elevate the prop high enough to clear the blades.

If there's a need I can create a similar PDF for four and five (for you late model Spitfire fans) bladed props.

Mike

UPDATED: I've created an updated version. It's a little more universal for multi-bladed props. Hope it's useful!
