When EC 2/5 Īle-de-France was decommissioned in 2022 at Orange-Caritat, it was the end of the Mirage 2000C RDI in French service but also the start of a new chapter in the life of the two-seat Mirage 2000B. The instructors and the last 7 operational two-seat trainers left for Nancy-Ochey where they would carry on their training mission in a dedicated section of EC 2/3 Champagne. The rest of the squadron keeps flying the Mirage 2000D that were also recentlly upgraged.
Nancy-Ochey now flies "green" and "blue" Mirages. |
