It is a tail dragger with dual tricycle landing gears and paired nose wheels.

Some of the pictures, probably later ones do not have the nose wheels, and the engine housings look like they are shape changing.

Considering that the 1st prototype nosed over on takeoff and crashed, I don't blame 'em for being safe...
