Mizu Shingen Moch-水信玄餅-Japanese Raindrop Cake

A recent craze in Japan is Water Cake aka Mizu Shingen Mochi, 水信玄餅, Japanese Raindrop Cake.
The real thing requires secret ingredients and natural Japanese spring water, but it is possible to make a pretty good imitation at home next time you take a break from paper modeling.
You would get a lot of points if you made one for the Significant Other, and mentioned you got the recipe from a PaperModelers.
