P-47 Thunderbolt Documentary

This was posted by the Millville Army Air Field Museum on facebook

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Da_gbVd6nzM

I will probably watch the entire video later this evening or over the weekend.

Millville Army Air Field trained many a Thunderbolt pilot during the war.
I have visited the museum during an airshow many years ago, one of the displays they have is an original Link flight trainer.

A great documentary. Directed by William Wyler (then a USAAF lieutenant colonel), who also directed Memphis Belle, Mrs. Miniver, and The Best Years of Our Lives.

Thanks, Rick.
