Actually, if you read some of the reviews, someone actually complains that it is necessary to score and cut out the pieces, so I'm pretty sure it isn't a punch out job.
I stumbled over this trying to trace a copy of the one that used to be available on the Toto blog. I don't think it is the same one, but it is the same picture. All trails from the Toto picture seem to lead to Pinterest posts that lead back to the defunct Toto Blog. I'm guessing that Toto may have had a copy of this book?

As do I now. Yep, it's deffo a snip and glue job. 24 x A4 pages with 18 of parts. There is no scale quoted, but from the size of the horses I'm guessing around 1:50.

The Carousel from Dover Publications, authored by A.G. Smith is a current issue by the company.
Any scan available on the internet is most likely a pirated copy, I have this book, and I have it signed by A.G. So John, do I punish you because you openly admit to downloading a pirate scan, or what?
