I'll be following this one very closely. I have that model in my collection.

Looks great so far! I'm a big fan of Micromodels-- I'll be getting a thread started soon with the Gates of London series.

I'm impressed with your railings & rigging. How did you construct the railings? What thread/wire did you use for the rigging? The rigging has the look of natural tension, as if its actually supporting a lot of weight.

Thumbs up

Looks very good, especially in that small scale. Looking at the pictures with the ruler and looking at a ruler really shows how small the model is.

Thank you everyone for your kind words!

@ Neilio There are a few ways to do rigging. Here are some pictures of past models I've built and different methods for rigging.

The first shows the MS Mellum where I've used stretched copper wire. The second shows the MT Elbe and some thin 0.150 carbon fiber rod. The Third shows the Bruno Apitz and and fourth, the Micromodels Excavator, each showing additional applications of the product I've used on the Cotton Blossom, Wonder Wire which is another ultra thin composite rod. I bought a life time supply about 7 years ago. I will dig around and see if I still have the firms contact info. The last picture shows the Micromodels Tram horses, where I used a bit of the wife's hair.

Another method of course, is by using thread soaked in adhesive and tied off with a weight to dry while taut.
