Well met all

It has been years since I touched xacto to cardstock, but I am now in a position to once again perhaps take up this hobby

I love architectural and nautical models, but all models amaze and delight me

I remember being part of an online forum very similar to this one, not sure if it is the same one or not, but

I live in Sheffield Lake, Lorain County which is immediately west of Cleveland.
Are you in Cleveland proper or a suburb ?

Which kinds of models do you make ?
I make mostly 1/72 scale armor and other vehicles to be used in WW II wargames.
Although, I have made some planes and buildings.

I am east of Cleveland in Lake County.

I prefer to build architectural models. I have never attempted to scratchbuild, as I enjoy following instructions along the way.

I will surely post photos of my next build, I just need to get to it.
I have only one unopened kit left, a small one, but will dig it out

There is roughly 50 miles between Lorain County and Lake County.
We are not close neighbors.
If you go to any of the IPMS meetings in Cleveland, we might be able to get together to compare models.
