I'm Venus and I usually build plastic and metal models, but this site is awesome, seems like something I'd really like to learn. I love building models and doing crafts so this seems like a great place to be. My husband is a member here and he's very excited about how welcoming and friendly everyone is. I hope to get to know you more and learn some new skills.

Well a wholehearted welcome to you! Of course now I wonder who your husband is ( I'm nosy). I am happy more women are joining this forum. One of the best designer/modelers I have ever seen is Doris, so you will find yourself welcomed and in good company. Here's a link to her build thread. I do not think I will live long enough top reach this level of artistry, but I speak only for myself.
