One of the things I'm continually thankful for (and delighted by) is how international this forum is. We trade photos, ideas, models, and personal stories with modelers from all over the globe. As one who grew up before the age of the Internet, I am still amazed and excited by the breadth of this community. Thanks to you all.

Every once in awhile I see someone post an apology for struggling with English. Here, there are no apologies needed among friends.

Amen to that, David. It's awesome to see what people come up with. I'm in the USA on the east coast, and I get to see what so-and-so is doing over in Timbuktu. That's awesome.

Agreed! in fact, we could sometimes be a little more tolerant of the language barrier...but in the end, the diversity is definitely a asset.

To visit OshKosh...b'gosh, would be a dream one day!
Be careful when you put out those invitations...I just might show up!
And then the neighbours will have to get involved, and then the Police,
and soon the Paramedics, and then the Feds...

David I hate you!!(LOL) only twenty minutes from Oshkosh, you rat. I have wanted to go to the big airshow as long as I can remember, But allways something comes up(dang life in the way). And your right there is some wonderfull world wide friends here!.......Rich

Seriously, navigating OSHKOSH! can be a challenge, starting with housing. Every hotel room within 75 miles is booked. I can help there; I have friends who rent rooms but don't advertise them and, if all else fails, you can pitch a tent in my back yard.

Any Wing Nut worth his or her salt has to visit OSHKOSH! at least once!
