paper models started it all over again!
Hi,
My name is Ron, and i have been playing with papermodels for some years now. It all started with Fiddler's Green by way of Flying Models Magazine. I went crazy for a while collecting paper models which put me back into building model airplanes. I'm still amazed at what can be done with paper. I started to look for the ultimate paper which included the Stratmore 400 series hot press in 1 to 3 ply. One ply is no longer made, but I have a stash. I even tried the special paper used to submit patent drawings which is also no longer available. I have found that you can work a good paper when it's wet to get nice curves |

Welcome to the Forum Ron. Sounds as though you have been
working with paper for a while so you should fit right in. Would like to see some of your models and any future builds when you feel comfortable with sharing.......Ron |

Thanks guys!
Yesterday my wife just found about 10 plastic portfolios with various models in them, I did not open them yet, but it seems almost like Christmas! |
