Hi my name is chuck i have bin makeing models for years. I just got my first paper model uss essex and the instructions are in polish that how i found your web site looking for instructions in english found that google has a translater free it works ok.

As I understand it, everything outside of New York City is upstate New York.
What is the definition of upstate PA ?

thanks that will help because some words don't translate.
As to how far up state if you look at a map at the top of pa
in the center you will see bradford co. And i live upper left corner 1/2 mile from the ny border about as far as you can
with a change of address to a new state. So i kake it you live in ny. ??

I was born in Jamestown, NY but have spent most of my adult life in Ohio.

Still have some relatives in the Jamestown area.

Also had a year of grad school at Syracuse.
