One of many retired military folks here with a need for a nice, relaxing, hobby. Oh, and I build paper models, do general carpentry, general contractor when I have to be, build boats, volunteer at various schools & similar, and do what needs to be done for "she who'd like a few things finished around here."

You'll find some stuff you can take to class in the Toys & Automata download section here; Lower Hudson Valley Challenger Center (check the Links tab top-right) also has a "kids" section with easy build rockets and stomp rockets/straw rockets.

I used to be a Pharmacy Assistant, I lost my job about 2 years ago (shortly before I picked up papermodelling).

But I have been a miller on a voluntary basis at the windmill since 1992 as well. I am still working at the mill on thursday- and saturdaymornings.

And I like to attent events called ¨living history¨ our group shows how civilian people would have lived during the 17th century.

Aren't we all! For my sins, I am a retired Chief Petty Officer of the Royal Navy, With 20 years service. I now teach at high school and generally try to keep out of mischief. President of my local Bowls Club and sometime modeller.
