Looks pretty good for a first build. I've been doing this since 2000, and I still haven't gotten any better. That's why I never take up close shots :-P

Really nice Dave for a first build. My first build was the Sea Trout tanker ship. I still after 3 years have not finished it. Maybe some day when I get all these others finished I have started I will finish it. Here is a picture of what I have done on it.

I liked those wooden models in the shots.

I had to laugh Inky as I have mutiple unfinished designs and models laying all around. I contribute this to the vast subject matter available and the desire to do them all.

welcome to the forum and you done a nice build there of them two planes. myself i still have the first card model I done a tiger tank not the greatest build of all time but I had fun doing that and since then have built a fair few planes guns and cars mostly I am a car lover. Only finished my latest one last night a 1966 Cadillac which i had fun building with the help of my neice she is getting good at this building she has already build the Sphinx which really looked great and a Statue of Liberty for a school project.
