Hi Ash...Welcome to the forum. I hope to see you participate. What kind of models interest you? You mentioned you are just starting out...I suggest building something simple and working up to more complex builds. Just build one or two free models here or on various sites from the links page here on Paper Modelers, to see if you like the papercraft hobby....then if you feel a bit more adept at building...purchase a card model or a printable kit from one of our vendors that have their own commercial sites..I'm sure they'd appreciate your business...

Welcome aboard, Ash! Pick something you're interested in, download a simple model of that type (just ask if you can't find something appropriate), and start building. Check the links section at the top, right of this page for models. Bigger, fewer parts is easiest to start on - but if something gets messed up you just print another and try again.

If you like aircraft and gain a bit more skill try out models from Fiddlers Green...builds are pretty much straight forward and easy.
