Nice to have you here on the forum. I lost a lot of sleep playing all-night Avalon board games in my college days -- some great simulations in the days before home computers.

Sakrison - I still play them.........when I can find someone to play them with!
They are very worn now though - 20 - 25 years old! Amoeba Wars, Civilization, Titan, Diplomacy, Acquire, Squad Leader's (various) and a whole bunch of other war games!

If Avalon Games is associated with Avalon Hill Games then I will chime in on playing them in the 1970's. I found a D-Day game hiding in a storage box a few years ago that brought back some memories. Just a few memories, though.
We are talking about the 70's.
