Greetings
greetings fellow paper modelers. glad to be with people who "understand"! paper models are just so amazing, arent they? I remember the first time I saw a really sophisticated airplane or ship design, was just speechless. Its like miniature sheet metal, just such logical construction. I mostly like airplanes and ships, the bigger the better! I prefer to see them painted. I have seen some amazing stuff on here already, glad to have found the site. looking forward to more!

Welcom, Generlissimo!
Great bunch of folks hang out here, I believe you will find it most enjoyable. Do you have a specific subject area you like to 'dabble in'?

thanks for the warm welcome. I havent dabbled all that much, and need to make more time for it! sometimes, it seems i dont have the patience to let pancakes cook fully before flipping, so mostly i'll just be looking here. I was introduced to paper models with the "flying paper scale" kits that were once sold at air and space museum. I thought they were fun little kits, and a great idea. I wonder what happened to them. I had made a larger version for powered flight once, and crashed it. then I saw the Polish models and jaw just dropped.
